DELIVERIES WITHIN AUSTRALIA
All online orders are shipped via Shippit who use Couriers Please, Fast Way & Australia Post. We offer free standard shipping for all orders. OR Express Shipping for a flat rate of $15. Orders are dispatched within 1 business day after they are placed. Please allow 2-5 business days for all metropolitan areas in Australia and up to 1 week for regional areas for delivery after shipment. Our business hours are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday, and we do not operate on public holidays.
Please note that during sale time, our delivery periods may take 5-7 days longer than expected.
Please note postage cannot be combined over multiple orders.
All international deliveries may be received within 2-5 working days depending on the receiving country and are shipped using DHL. We offer free shipping on all international shipments. Any parcels which are refused will incur $25 shipping fee, plus any re-delivery fees if re-delivery is requested.
TRACKING DOMESTIC ORDERS
Once your purchase has been shipped you will receive a shipping notification via e-mail from Shippit. This e-mail will contain tracking advice for your parcel. Please note tracking information may not be available until after 6pm on day of shipment.
TRACKING INTERNATIONAL ORDER
International orders are shipped via Australia Post Registered Airmail. Please wait 3 business days after the article has been dispatched for it to leave Australia, it can then be tracked via your receiving country's post website, eg. for New Zealand, go to http://www.nzpost.co.nz/ and track using the tracking number.
