All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia, via Australia Post (AU & NZ) and DHL (International).

For Australian orders, we offer free standard shipping on all orders over $500 and free express shipping on all orders over $1000. For all other countries, we offer free international shipping on all orders over $500. For orders under $500, we offer the following delivery options:

Whilst we expect delivery times to be accurate, there may be factors out of our control that impact shipping timelines. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day, however the items in your order may be dispatched from a Lee Mathews store, which will require additional processing time.

During sale and promotion periods, there may be an additional processing time of up to 3-4 business days. Please contact our online customer care team if you have any questions about your order, and we will be more than happy to provide an update.

SAME DAY DELIVERY

We offer Same Day Delivery to customers located in the Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane metro areas from Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please note that during sale periods, this service may be temporarily paused.

To receive your order by 6pm the same day, orders must be placed before 11am AEDT. Orders placed after this time will be delivered on the following business day.

Same-day delivery orders can't be left unattended. If no one is present, the order will be returned to Lee Mathews, and a re-delivery fee will apply. Please note that orders placed with Same Day Delivery cannot be cancelled.

If your order is eligible for Same Day Delivery, the option will be available at checkout. Delivery fees start at $15 based on your location, which will be calculated at checkout.

CLICK AND COLLECT

Pick up your purchase for free from one of our stores, and collect on the same day within store business hours. If the items in your order are available for click and collect, the store location will appear at checkout for you to select before completing your purchase. Our in-store team will contact you via SMS or email when your order is ready for collection. Visit our stores to find your nearest location and store business hours.

NEW ZEALAND DELIVERY NOTES

For New Zealand orders under NZD $1000, Lee Mathews will collect 15% GST at checkout on behalf of New Zealand customs. No duties, import transaction fees, or GST will be collected with the arrival of your package into New Zealand.

For orders over NZD $1000, duties, GST and import transaction fees will be collected at the destination border by New Zealand customs, and this is the responsibility of the customer.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY NOTES

We offer transparent international pricing with duties calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination.

All international shipments are sent DDP (Delivery Duties Paid). Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items you are purchasing and the order destination, and include the sales tax applied by your country for purchases from Australia, and any duties incurred for processing by your country. These duties and taxes are then added to your order at checkout in addition to shipping, and by pre-paying at the time of purchase, you will not encounter any further fees on delivery.
