PAYMENT

Payments can be made by credit card using our payment gateway eWay, or with Paypal, AfterPay & zipPay online.  

 

RETURNS

We happily accept returns within 14 days of receipt for any item purchased from the Lee Mathews online store that meets the criteria of our online returns policy.

Returned items must be unworn, unused and in perfect condition with all original tags and packaging intact. If you are returning intimates or swimwear please ensure the hygiene slip hasn’t been removed. Items that are returned otherwise, may be rejected and returned to the customer.

Returns are not eligible on skincare or earrings for hygiene reasons.

For the return of full-priced items customers are eligible for either a refund or credit voucher. For the return of discounted product whether it be on permanent markdown or a promotional sale customers are eligible for a credit note only unless stated otherwise within the product description.

When submitting a return a return-shipping label will be provided. Please note that all refunds and credit notes issued will be less the cost of the return-shipping label. If you are located outside of Australia you will need to organise your own return shipping.

Additionally, Lee Mathews store locations cannot process online returns and all online returns must follow the process outlined below.

 

SALE & DISCONTINUED ITEMS

Please choose carefully, as we do not offer returns for refund on any discounted product, unless faulty or damaged. This includes marked down items, sale products or items discounted through marketing/promotions/code discounts. Sale items may be returned for credit note only.

Only one discount code can be used per order and is not redeemable for cash or in-store.

 

PROMOTIONAL / DISCOUNT CODES

The 'WELCOME10' discount code is eligible for use by all new customers, who have subscribed to our mailing list. The additional 10% off can only be applied to one order, with a single use per customer. The discount is only eligible online and must be applied at the time of checkout. This code cannot be applied to any orders retrospectively. The code cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, and there is no cash alternative.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

Faulty or incorrect items will be refunded and LM will pay the postage costs for replacement items. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Please note items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered faulty. LM reserves the right to inspect returned items and deny refund if the garments are in saleable condition. To avoid damage to garments, please remove jewellery before trying on garments and leave all tags and accessories attached until you are happy with your purchase. CURRENCY

All prices are shown on leemathews.com.au are in Australian dollars (AUD). A charge of 10% GST is included in the retail price shown.

 

PRICES & IMAGERY

Lee Mathews reserves the right to alter, update or change the pricing of any item available on the site at any time. In certain circumstances, Lee Mathews reserves the right to cancel or reject your order. This may happen where the requested product is unavailable, or if there is an error in the pricing or the product description posted on the site.

Lee Mathews makes every effort to display and inform you as accurately as possible on our product colours, sizes, cut, fit, make and general product descriptions.In terms of colour display for our products; computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices’ resolution may vary and we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate. In relevance to varying sizes, cuts and shapes displayed via the images on the site and featured on our models we cannot guarantee they will fit you exactly the same, as each individual body is different and treat each individual piece differently.

 

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS

If goods are lost or damaged during delivery, please contact us at online@leemathews.com.au within 7 working days of placing your order so that we can investigate the surrounding circumstances. We will make all reasonable attempts to assist with the location of your order, and assist with the re-delivery and return of items not received. Once the item has been processed through our third party vendor for dispatch, all lost/damaged packages must be reviewed and communicated via the vendor, with our assistance.

LM does not provide warranties of any kind on any of its products or on any information provided on the LM website.

Some Lee Mathews garments are washed or dyed to give a pre-loved feel. Any irregularities in colour or texture are intentional. Please follow the care label instructions to give your garment the best possible care.
