Flagship Store Manager, Paddington

Lee Mathews is an established and respected Australian fashion brand with a unique luxury aesthetic that is loved for its wearability, using Custom designed Prints & Sustainable Fabrications.

 

We have an exciting opportunity to join the Lee Mathews team as manager of our freshly renovated Paddington flagship store at Australia’s leading designer shopping precinct, The Intersection. We are seeking a passionate and experienced retail manager to lead our Paddington team and successfully drive store performance.

Australian brand LEE MATHEWS delicately weaves colour, texture and prints into sophisticated and refined seasonal collections. Inspired by the interests of the founder, Lee, prints and textiles are derived from her love of art, silhouettes from her passion for architecture and colour palettes from her vast library of books and travel.  

 

About the role:

Reporting to the National Retail Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the management of the Paddington store, achievement of sales through exceptional customer service and the building and nurturing of a loyal customer base. This role will include, but is not limited to:

·       Cultivating local relationships with customers, VIPs & other retailers

·       Assisting customers in store

·       Providing an inspiring and welcoming atmosphere in store

·       Answering phone & email enquiries

·       Striving to achieve sales targets and company KPIs

·       Reporting daily, weekly & monthly

·       Motivating and driving staff performance in your team

·       Managing store staff: both full-time & part-time

·       Maintaining stock management

·       Managing store financials and controlling costs

·       Ensuring the store aesthetics are always at their best

·       Working closely with HO in optimising store marketing strategy

·       Assisting in the administration & execution of in-store events

·       Strategizing business ideas that assist the growth of your store and the business

 

Requirements for the role:

·       Experience in high-end retail management.

·       Exceptional customer service

·       Experience in growing and nurturing a customer database

·       Exceptional presentation

·       Exceptional verbal & written communication skills

·       Understanding of the Lee Mathews brand & aesthetic

·       Understanding of the customer demographic

·       Ability to interact with all departments within the company

·       Highly-motivated and driven in your role

Retail Specialist, Brisbane

Lee Mathews is an established and respected Australian fashion brand with a unique luxury aesthetic that is loved for its wearability, using custom designed prints & sustainable fabrications.

 

We are currently seeking an energetic, highly motivated, and experienced Retail Specialist to join our Brisbane flagship store in the iconic high-end precinct, James Street Fortitude Valley. You will be joining a creative and passionate team that strives to always create a welcoming and inspiring experience in store. As a company, we are a supportive team, committed to providing you with exceptional training encouraging professional development and career progression. Experience in a high-end boutique store is preferred, but not essential.

·       Ensuring the store aesthetics are always at their best

·       Assisting the manager in strategising business ideas that assist the growth of your store and the business

 

Requirements for the role:
