We have an exciting opportunity to join the Lee Mathews team as Assistant Manager of our flagship store in Paddington. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with exceptional customer service standards to support and lead our Paddington team and successfully drive store performance.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Store Manager and National Retail Manager, you will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the management of the Paddington store, achievement of sales through exceptional customer service and the building of a loyal customer base. Generous salary and benefits are offered to the successful applicant.

This role will include, but is not limited to:

1. Cultivating local relationships with customers, VIPs and other retailers.
2. Assisting customers in store.
3. Providing an inspiring and welcoming atmosphere in store.
4. Communicating styling advice based on in-depth knowledge of product and brand aesthetic.
5. Answering phone and email enquiries, and all other communication channels.
6. Striving to achieve sales targets and company KPIs.
7. Reporting daily, weekly and monthly.
8. Managing staff, both full-time and part-time.
9. Maintaining stock management.
10. Managing store financials and controlling costs.
11. Ensuring the store aesthetics are always at their best.
12. Working closely with HO in optimising store marketing strategy.
13. Assisting in the administration and execution of in-store events.
14. Strategising business ideas that assist in the growth of your store and the business.
    

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE

1. Experience in high-end retail management.
2. Exceptional customer service.
3. Experience in growing and nurturing a customer database.
4. Exceptional presentation standards.
5. Exceptional verbal & written communication skills.
6. Understanding of the Lee Mathews brand & aesthetic.
7. Understanding of customer demographics.
8. Ability to interact with all departments within the company.
9. Highly motivated and driven in your role with a keen eye for detail.
10. Possess exceptional organisational skills.

You will be joining a creative and passionate team that strives to always create a welcoming and inspiring experience in store. As a company, we are a supportive team, committed to providing you with exceptional training, encouraging professional development and career progression. Experience in a high-end boutique store is preferred, but not essential.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be responsible for assisting in the successful operations of the Paddington
store, achievement of sales through exceptional customer service and the building and nurturing of a loyal customer base.

This role will include, but is not limited to:
 
1. Cultivating local relationships with customers, VIPs and other retailers.
2. Assisting customers in store.
3. Providing an inspiring and welcoming atmosphere in store.
4. Communicating styling advice based on in-depth knowledge of product and brand aesthetic.
5. Answering phone & email enquiries and all other communication channels.
6. Striving to achieve sales targets and company KPIs.
7. Supporting daily operational procedures and administrative tasks.
8. Maintaining stock management.
9. Ensuring the store aesthetics are always at their best.
10. Developing a deep understanding of LM and our curated third-party offering.
