We are currently seeking an energetic, highly motivated, and experienced Retail Specialist to join our team in the Armadale store. You will be joining a creative and passionate team that strives to always create a welcoming and inspiring experience in store. About the role:

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the successful operations of the Armadale store, achievement of sales through exceptional customer service and the building and nurturing of a loyal customer base. This role will include, but is not limited to:

 

• Cultivating local relationships with customers, VIPs & other retailers
• Assisting customers in store
• Providing an inspiring and welcoming atmosphere in store
• Communicating styling advice based on in-depth knowledge of product & brand aesthetic
• Answering phone & email enquiries and all other communication channels
• Striving to achieve sales targets and company KPIs
• Supporting the manager in daily operational procedures and administrative tasks
• Maintaining stock management
• Ensuring the store aesthetics are always at their best
• Assisting the manager in strategizing business ideas that assist the growth of your store and the business

 

Requirements for the role:

 

• Experience in high-end retail customer service

• Exceptional customer service

• Experience in growing and nurturing a customer database

• Exceptional presentation

• Exceptional verbal & written communication skills

• Understanding of the Lee Mathews brand & aesthetic

• Understanding of the customer demographic

• Highly motivated and driven in your role with a keen eye for detail

• Possess exceptional organisational skills

About the role:

 

We are seeking a highly motivated Online Warehouse Coordinator to join our dynamic warehouse team. This role is integral to ensuring the seamless management, packing, and dispatch of our products. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Global Logistics & Warehousing to enhance daily operations and uphold the high standards synonymous with the Lee Mathews brand.

 

This role will include, but is not limited to:

 

• • • Efficiently manage and process online orders, ensuring timely dispatch and adherence to cut-off times.
    • Receive and process warehouse stock, maintaining meticulous standards.
    • Accurately pick garments from our warehouse and off-site branches to fulfil orders.
      • Pack and wrap online orders with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring a premium customer experience.
      • Coordinate with third-party shipping carriers to book and organize shipments.
      • Maintain organized and appropriate storage of goods within the warehouse.
      • Assist with inbound and outbound store transfers and stock acceptance from retail locations and suppliers.
      • Investigate and resolve customer queries, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to high-quality service.
      • Scale fulfilment operations during high-volume sale periods, effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks.
      • Collaborate with Senior Warehouse Management to address discrepancies.
      • Manage inventory of packaging materials, and place orders as needed to ensure continuous operations.
      • Adhere strictly to all company SOPs, policies, systems, and values.

 

Requirements for the role:

 

• • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient with ERP systems (CIN7) and third-party platforms such as Shippit.
  • Proactive, hands-on approach with a strong commitment to task completion.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Methodical, accurate, and efficient in task execution.
  • Flexible and willing to assist with ad hoc tasks as required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Understanding of fashion warehouse processes, with a passion for the fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Forward-thinking, with the ability to anticipate needs and maintain productivity and efficiency.
