Terms and Conditions
Payments can be made by credit card using our payment gateway eWay, or with Paypal online.
We offer refunds on all full priced purchases up to 14 days after receipt of goods.
Items must be returned new, unused and with all Lee Mathews garment tags attached. Returned garments which are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back.
Lee Mathews stores can not process refunds or exchanges in store for purchases made online.
To return an item , simply follow these steps:
Call or email the online team at email@example.com or on +61 2 9997 3787 for a Return Authorisation number (RA number). Write your RA number on the return form and tick the ‘credit note’ or ‘refund’ box. We recommend you send returns via registered post or express post as Lee Mathews Workroom Pty Ltd (LM) does not take responsibility for loss of items being returned. Post the return form along with the item(s) to:

Once items have been received by our office, please allow 3 business days for the return to be processed and 3 business days for refunds to be credited to your account.
SALES AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS
Please choose carefully, as we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any discounted products, including sale products or products discounted through marketing and promotions.
Subject to obligations under consumer law, sale items can not be returned for a refund or store credit. All sales are final.
In order to offer our customers the most efficient service we do not offer exchanges.
We ask that you please place a second order for your preferred item. Then follow our return policy above and once we receive your return we will credit your account.
GST / TAXES
Faulty or incorrect items will be refunded and LM will pay the postage costs for replacement items. Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Please note items damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered faulty. LM reserves the right to inspect returned items and deny refund if the garments are in saleable condition. To avoid damage to garments, please remove jewellery before trying on garments and leave all tags and accessories attached until you are happy with your purchase. A charge of 10% GST is included in the retail price shown.

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS
If goods are lost or damaged during delivery, please contact us at email@example.com within 7 working days of placing your order so that we can investigate the surrounding circumstances.

LM does not provide warranties of any kind on any of its products or on any information provided on the LM website.
All Lee Mathews garments are washed or dyed to give a pre-loved feel. Any Irregularities in colour or texture are intentional. Please follow the care label instructions to give your garment the best possible care.
