E Commerce Manager

- Operate and optimize our Australian e-commerce website and two international sites (UK, US) 

- Oversee the end-to-end user and customer experience for domestic and international customers 

- Work with our domestic and international warehouse to ensure all outbound shipments and returns are processed in a timely manner 

- Establish and maintain all online and offline direct-to-consumer policies and procedures 

- Oversee customer service representatives to ensure efficient and professional customer relations 

- Serve as point of contact with our web development agency 

- Manage inventory on, an orders placed through, key third party marketplaces (Farfetch etc.) 

- Generate daily/weekly/monthly Google Analytics reports detailing progress of KPIs, web X, and site traffic 

- Develop A/B test strategies for homepage and product pages 

- Generate daily/weekly/monthly sales and Google Analytics reports 

- Upload and update products, imagery and product descriptions on website 

- Work closely with the Merchandising team to determine product assortment, achieve sell-thru goals and dictate markdown and exit strategies 

- Review on-site data to optimize the site and drive performance 

- Coordinate web content calendar with the overall marketing calendar 

- Coordinate with Marketing for planning and coordination of all necessary delivery updates, planning, prioritization and execution of all e-commerce content changes 

The Ideal Candidate

Minimum Experience

- Minimum of 3+ years of digital/e-commerce experience in fashion/apparel industry or similar B2C company 

- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify a plus) 

- Google Analytics experience 

- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills 

- Ability to learn and adapt quickly 

- Analytical skills to generate innovative insights and communicate results effectively
