A listing of the current outlined roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Process all online orders, including picking, packing and dispatching
Ensure all orders are fulfilled in a timely and accurate manner
Process all returns, including refunds, exchanges and credit notes
Processing all Farfetch orders and returns
Assist with monthly stocktake of online inventory
Assist with online stock consolidations and store to store transfers
Assist with daily operations across all customer service
Assist with other site management tasks when required, e.g product uploads, site visual merchandising, e-commerce shoots
To be considered for the position you will have:
Experience in online dispatch and customer service
A problem solving and a proactive attitude
The position is based in Lee Mathews Head Office located in Leichhardt, Sydney.
