We are currently seeking an energetic, highly motivated, and experienced Retail Specialist to join our Brisbane flagship store in the iconic high-end precinct, James Street Fortitude Valley. You will be joining a creative and passionate team that strives to always create a welcoming and inspiring experience in store. As a company, we are a supportive team, committed to providing you with exceptional training encouraging professional development and career progression. Experience in a high-end boutique store is preferred, but not essential.

About the role:

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the successful operations of the Brisbane store, achievement of sales through exceptional customer service and the building and nurturing of a loyal customer base. About the role: 

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dynamic PR & Marketing Executive to join the Lee Mathews team. In this role, you will drive and execute the PR & Marketing strategy, working closely with the CEO and Founder and marketing team to help shape the local and international brand narrative. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative, creative individual with attention to detail as well as strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will have experience in delivering content & shoot production, media partnerships, events and publicity campaigns to drive brand awareness and traffic to our stores, showrooms, and digital platforms with a focus on ROI.  

 

 

  • About the Role:  

Nurture and grow relationships with key stakeholders and external partners, including creatives, agencies and talent  

Cultivate a deep understanding of alignment in partnerships for community expansion   

Develop and execute the marketing and PR strategy across a number of platforms 

Co-ordination of Shoot production for campaigns, lookbook and e-commerce 

Execute publicity campaigns, managing media requests and relationships 

Collaborate with the marketing & digital team to co-ordinate the content calendar in line with seasonal launches and required assets 

Drive traffic to our stores, digital platforms and wholesale showrooms with a focus on ROI  

Manage the Marketing and PR budgets

3+ years' experience in a PR and communications role  

Tertiary qualification in a related discipline

INTERNATIONAL & DOMESTIC Wholesale manager

About the role:

We have an exciting opportunity to join our head office team as our International and Domestic Wholesale Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for successfully managing and growing our wholesale department. The ideal candidate will have exceptionalcommunication and relationship-building skills, nurturing and growing all current wholesale accounts, as well as driving new business opportunities. You will have a proven history ofdeveloping and executing impactful sales strategies, managing international and domestic
showroom sales, as well as supporting logistics and finance. This role will involve working collaboratively with the design, production and marketing teams to ensure product opportunities, marketing activations and margins are maximized and budgets are achieved.

 

Roles and responsibilities include:
SALES
Direct management of all wholesale accounts, maintaining and growing new relationships
Providing accounts with exceptional customer service based on in-depth product knowledge and brand aesthetic
Research, identify and target new global accounts that align with the Lee Mathews market positioning
Raise brand awareness through broader channels of distribution as well as negotiating key floor/ site space and new locations with existing partners
Lead sales campaigns for 4 RTW collections per year, presenting the collection and
advising buyers with product selection tailored to customer profiles and regions
Organise global showrooms for each sales campaign, arranging calendars, locations and logistics within budget parameters

Negotiate with wholesale partners, establishing strong supplier agreements, to ensure favourable terms
Proactively work with production, logistics & finance to ensure timely stock delivery, account management and prompt payments
Provide ongoing support to wholesale accounts through product training, sharing seasonal brand assets, developing brand collaborations, events and in-store activations

 

RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyse, forecast and project seasonal and annual sales targets with Senior Management and Finance to ensure targets are met
Provide detailed end-of-season reports on sales and products, in addition to being an integral voice in future range planning discussions
Deliver weekly reporting to the wider business on wholesale sell-through/feedback launches/inbound and outbound stock

Work closely with our finance team to monitor payments and terms
Conduct regular global market analysis and report findings to the wider team,
identifying new business opportunities
Identify & execute key marketing opportunities with stockists to maximise long-term Brand Growth and ROI
Monitor wholesale partner websites to ensure correct imagery, information & pricing Act as a key ambassador for the brand

 

We are looking for someone who:
3-5 years in a similar role
Strong global fashion wholesale experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills
Proficiency with Excel
Ability to work under pressure & prioritise tasks
Excellent Negotiation skills
